Meet Jana Janelle Johnson

Jana is a human, Being.
She is a Founder and Owner of The Tree Yoga Cooperative. Her devotion to living life joyfully is apparent in her dedication to over nine years of experience as a yoga and mindfulness facilitator. As someone deeply invested in joy, she spiritedly shares the wisdom gained through this endeavor with the world.

Jana's enthusiasm for Yoga inspired her multi-faceted approach, specializing in Meditation, Hatha, Yin, and Ganja Yoga styles that she offers in both English and Spanish. Students have found Jana's lighthearted and friendly attitude creates an especially harmonious connection, which can be exceptionally effective in enhancing personal practice. With her intention for students to allow the benefits garnered in each class to extend "off the mat", she supports positive influence in everyday life that goes well beyond formal practice.

Jana is an E-RYT® 500, YACEP® with Yoga Alliance.

After opening a path for authentically and intentionally connecting with one’s true inner Self, the soothing nature of her teachings can support you getting in touch with internal processes that inspire revitalization.
